General description of the goods
1) Atomised aluminium
Granulation varies between 0 and 1.0 mm, typical are:
0-63 μm, 0-75 μm, 0-100 μm, 0-150 μm, 63-250 μm, 63-800 μm etc.
Purity can be provided between 90% and 99,8 % Al according to your needs.
2) Foil grit
Product of pyrolysis process with granulation between 0 and 2.0 mm. (-10 mesh)
Typical: EN : 0-150 μm, 100-500 μm, 250-630 μm, 400-800 μm etc.
Purity can be provided between 75% and 98 % Al according to your needs.
3) Milled grit
Micronised recycling Aluminium with granulation between 0 and 2,0 mm. (-10 Mesh)
Typical: EN: 0-0.7 mm, 0.3-1.0 mm, 0.5-1.5 mm etc.
Purity can be provided between 90 and 99.5 % Al according to your needs.
4) Granules
Mechanically produced Aluminium with granulation between 0.5 and 10 mm
Typical: EN: 0.7-2.0 mm, 1.0-3.0 mm, 2-4 mm, 3-6 mm, 6-10 mm etc.
Purity can be provided between 94 and 99.7 % Al according to your needs.
5) Blends
A mixture of points 1) to 4) above, customised for your specific needs in terms of granulation, purity, density and price level.
6) Coatings
We deliver « cold » and « warm » coatings with liquid and solid agents in order to stabilise and/or dedust the Aluminium. There are available: Paraffins, Iso-Stearic Acids, Stearins, Oils, Flow aids
Our sieve grades for grits and powders are:
63, 75, 100, 160, 200, 250, 315, 400, 500, 630, 800, 1000 and 1500 μm
Our sieve grades for granules are:
0.5, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0, 1.25, 1.5, 1.8, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0 and 10 mm
